This is a bit of a laymans guide to predicting the outcome of breeding morphs with simple recessive traits eg: Albino in this case, but could be Pied or any other recessive morph.
The easiest way, is to draw a Punnett Square.
NN= Normal (wild morph)
Na= Het (heterozygous)
aa= Albino (homozygous)
Normal to Het
You can see you would get half Normal (NN) and half Hets (Na).
But you cannot visually tell them apart! They are termed 50% Possible Hets (as there is a 50% chance they are hets)
Het to Het
Results in 25% Normals (NN), 50% Hets (Na), 25% albino (aa)
Again, you cant tell the hets from the normals, so they are termed 66% Possible Hets.
Normal to Albino
You would get all Hets (100% Guaranteed Hets)
Albino to Albino
You get all Albino's!
